Shipping Info: We usually ship once a week, it can be either Monday or Thursday.
Return Policy: Please allow 8 to 10 working days to receive the item before claiming for it.

If there is any problem with damages due to shipment like a beaten box or whatever please take a photo of the parcel before opening, and then take pictures of the items if they have been damaged. Do not open sealed records if you want to return records due to damaged sleeves. New items leave here in perfect condition and they are factory sealed - if they have been damaged during transport please do not open the seal if you plan to complaint, otherwise there is no way to present a claim to the transports company.
